This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Everything was top-notch. The bed was huge and the room was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help during my 4-night stay. 😊

It was based in amazing building in a marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. The staff was very pleasant and amicable without being intrusive. The room we had included climate control, a private safe, and LCD TV set.

Additionally, the hotel has a swimming pool and a spa, providing guests with relaxation and rejuvenation.

One negative aspect is the lack of hot water in the bathroom sink and inconsistent water temperature in the shower, which can be inconvenient for guests.

hotel is a little far from the center of the citadel of Pereira, ideal for a rest with a good landscape. We had a big, clean room with a big balcony overlooking a lake. We had breakfast on the balcony, it was delicious. pool is very nice as is the Turkish and sauna. massage area was great, masseurs did a good job. All very attentive at the hotel.

Excellent hotel; the staff is very friendly, it is as if you were at home with the comforts of a 5-star hotel. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very good. The location is strategic, in a peaceful place, calm and surrounded by nature. The moist area is very nice. . . As a suggestion: you should put a sign on the road to get there easier because the hotel is inside a country condominium. We came through the waze.

It is a place full of elegance, style, comfort. meals are super delicious I recommend the tomatoes au gratin, fish filet and meat, they were all my taste. It has a view where you can perceive the sunset and enjoy a rest full of peace and harmony with nature. I definitely recommend you won't regret it's worth a lot.

They have to repair the bathroom doors are in glass and it's a little uneven.

Everything was good, though we stayed for 2 nights only. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a seating area in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant.

The area surrounding the hotel is disappointing, as there’s not much to see or do. The restaurant staff are helpful, but the food quality is mediocre at best. The room is uncomfortable, with a broken bed and dirty bathroom. The breakfast is subpar, with limited options and poor quality ingredients. On the plus side, the swimming pool is clean and the spa staff provide good customer service.

The location is not ideal, as it is far from any interesting sites.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the complementary afternoon snacks and drinks in the lounge area. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to local restaurants and shopping. The pool area was also a great place to relax and soak up some sun.

We also experienced some noise issues from other guests in the early morning hours. But overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely consider returning in the future.
